What "No Agency Fee" Means
The fee waiver covers agency service fees only. Mandatory employer costs and optional services remain separate. All terms are transparent with no hidden charges.

Sourcing and Matching Process

Important: Profile availability depends on factors such as offered salary, job scope, skill requirements and candidate acceptance. Where suitable profiles are not available under the stated conditions, the agency may be unable to proceed or may require additional time. This does not constitute a rejection and does not affect future applications or engagements.
Return Policy
Mandatory Return
Any early termination, return or transfer must result in the helper being returned to the agency.
No Unilateral Action
No repatriation or transfer without agency agreement.
Prompt Notification
Employer must notify agency immediately of any issues
Exceptional Circumstances
MOM regulations apply; employer bears repatriation costs where required
Important: Unauthorised actions will trigger standard agency fees and affect future placements.
Replacement Policy
One-to-One Replacement
Replacement provided at agency discretion under eligible circumstances
No Cash Refunds
Waived fees cannot be converted to cash or other credit
No conversion of waived fees to other credit
Waived agency service fees are not transferable or exchangeable
Contractual Obligations
All signed agreements remain fully enforceable
The replacement policy ensures fair treatment while maintaining program integrity. All terms in the original contract continue to apply during and after any replacement process.

This initiative operates within strict MOM compliance and ethical standards. Misuse or abuse may result in declined future placements.
